At SVR Plastics we have the ability to fabricate end of line flap valves to suit a variety of pipe materials. Made using either a single coupler to ensure a correct connection to the recipient pipe or a spigot of pipe to ensure a snug connection into a socket.

Flap valves, also referred to as non-return valves or check valves are used mainly to inhibit water flow from one direction whilst allowing free flow from the other.

The hinged flap on top of the valve only remains open when liquid flows with it. Liquid flowing against the flap forces it shut over the pipe and the pressure of the liquid helps keep it sealed.

Available socketed, plain ended or flanged for wall mounting. Supplied to suit either PVC, twin wall, clay, steel or concrete.
